Pulse-bac Gasket Kit Base Plate

This is the replacement gasket kit for the 18 inch base plate on Pulse-Bac vacuum systems. It is a wear part, not a repair for a damaged plate, and it exists because the sealed joint between the base plate and the vacuum body is the single point where a dust extractor quietly loses performance without ever throwing a fault.

A flattened, cracked or chemically hardened gasket does not announce itself. The machine still runs, the filter still pulses, and the operator still sees dust at the grinder because the vacuum is bleeding air at the plate instead of pulling it through the hose. Crews usually chase the hose, the shroud and the filter first. The gasket is cheaper than all three and takes minutes to change.
