These are replacement spikes for the Midwest Rake S550 Professional spiked shoes, in the X-Large size. Spiked shoes are how an installer walks a wet floor without ruining it, and the spikes themselves are the wear item. They shorten, snap and pull loose, and a shoe with three missing spikes stops being a tool and starts being a liability on a fresh epoxy floor.

Change them on a schedule rather than after a footprint shows up in someone's garage. Spikes wear fastest on grinding-profiled slab, where the aggregate acts on the tips every step, and on jobs where the crew walks across bare concrete between passes instead of staying on the coated area. Uneven spike length is the thing to watch for. A shoe with mixed-length spikes rocks, and that rocking is what leaves a mark in a self-leveling or flake broadcast surface.

Size matters here. These are the X-Large spikes for the S550 Professional platform, so confirm your shoe size and model before ordering rather than assuming the spikes are shared across every spiked shoe on the market. Thread pitch and base plate spacing are not universal between brands.
