The Coval SP-12 Acetone Sprayer is designed to streamline the installation of Coval coatings, on floors and on vertical surfaces alike. It comes loaded with three tips, so you can start work without sourcing anything else. The red fan tip is for applying gloss coatings and for working vertical surfaces, where an even band matters and runs are the enemy. The gray and black full cone tips cover gloss, satin and matte finishes and give you a wider, softer pattern for general coverage. Swapping tips instead of swapping tanks is what keeps one sprayer useful across a whole install.

Because it is an acetone sprayer, the seals, gaskets and internals are specified for solvent service. That is the entire reason it exists. A general purpose garden sprayer filled with solvent is a genuine hazard: seals swell, gaskets fail, the tank cracks, and you end up with acetone on a floor and on an operator. Do not substitute one.

Flush the tank, wand and tip at the end of every day with the solvent the product manufacturer specifies, and keep spare tips on hand. A worn tip changes pattern and output, which quietly changes your applied coverage rate. Store it empty and depressurized.
